Looking at balancing blood sugar levels (to prevent cravings, binges, fatigue, irritability, etc..) and what the detrimental effects of being out of balance can have on our bones. Why a good sugar balance is particularly necessary at the menopause. Fats - what fats are necessary for our health and which to avoid. The connection between fat and hormones. Going through a shopping list of foods that are enjoyable and good for us at the menopause.
