GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL
The following conditions take effect from the date of your enrolment and are in accordance with Swiss Law.

2. CONFIRMATION
Your enrolment will be confirmed upon notification of your payment from the PTT. If you pay less than 10 days before the workshop, kindly advise me and bring your receipt with you for registration.

3. PRACTICAL DETAILS
The seminar is conducted in English. Places are limited and enrolments are on a first come, first served basis.

4. TICKET PRICES
All ticket prices are in Swiss francs which include the seminar and refreshments. Lunch is NOT included unless specifically mentioned in the seminar description.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made in writing. For a cancellation more than 7 days before the seminar, 75% of the ticket price will be refunded. No refunds will be made when cancellation is less than 7 days.
