The good E numbers

We should all avoid the toxins in "E numbers" but be careful of shunning the whole group, as they are not all bad. Make a note, as these ones are safe and potentially beneficial:

  • E101 Riboflavin
  • E160 Carotene
  • E300/E304, Vitamin C
  • E306/E309, Vitamin E
  • E375 Nicotinic acid and Vitamin B3
  • E440 Pectin
