Waking up with "torticolis", suffering from "lumbago" or "sciatica"
can affect us all at some time or another.

Although, in some cases only a medical intervention can solve the problem, back pain may often be avoided thanks to POSTURAL PROPHYLAXIS.
Whether in sports, leisure activities, at home or in the office, all too often we adopt postural attitudes which are in total conflict with spinal well being. Our spine was not "constructed" for bi-peds with everyday compression in the standing and sitting position nor for the lifting or carrying of weights.
